I be have been playing this game for several years and found it fun. However, gets increasing impossible to complete levels..and only occasionally would purchase upgrade or boosts. HUGE mistake as then it makes it more unlikely that level can be completed without additional purchases. Have been "stuck" on levels for days...some 5 days...and so not fun.

As of the mid June update, the game now lags, and can take longer to load than before. Plus they added some unnecessary annoying sounds to the ones they already had. Poorly executed. The levels get more difficult as you go, encouraging you to buy special skills to pass. But I think the shameful part is they encourage moves that are not the best ones to make; encouraging you to waste a move so you don't pass which brings you to have to purchase the special skills to do so.

I love but hate it at the same time... have played it for a long time... used to have a better storyline, but seems not much thought goes into it anymore.. the higher the levels the more its forcing you to pay to win... it doesn't give you enough moves.. when u don't have enough moves and just need one more move to beat it then you either continue replaying the same level a hundred times until u may get lucky or pay.. why not have an option to watch an ad to get additional moves?

Was fun at the beginning. I loved the choices you had when it came to decorating the different scenes. The higher in levels, the more stars are spent on "calling" someone, or "ordering" parts. Also, the decorations seem to be pre-programmed. Out of 150 stars used to decorate, I may be given options on 1 or 2 items. Most flowers aren't even choices anymore. Would love to do more customizing. Not spending any more time playin until that is an option on 99% of the items, like in the beginning.

I have a love hate relationship with it. I've never unlocked any XP points in the game and I'm on level 10,726! You have no choice but to play in the trophy matches and the challenge levels. The switch every few days from the treasure chest to the magic hat sucks. You have to start over from scratch earning rewards. They should just keep the treasure chests. The app also kicks you off in the middle of a level when answering a text and loses the level and all the rewards earned. Money grabbers!

I've been playing off and on for a couple of years or more now and my life is full of other things but I do enjoy it and yeah it gets hard sometimes way to hard but eventually get through it and it almost always has some sort of events going at a time to earn things and add more to the game. Keep up on updates and story and decorating and I'm sure it will last for a long while.

I agree with many of the other reviews. As you progress the game is set up so you are forced to purchase extra boosters or coin if you want to progress through the game. I didn't mind sending a little money here and there, but the levels get so difficult that it gets really expensive to progress. I doubt if I will continue to play. Even with the few ways to earn boosters and coin, it's nearly impossible to play a few hours without spending $15 bucks.

I use to love Gardenscapes, pretty good graphics, fun to play, love the selective choices you can make in decorating the garden, the only thing thats changed my decision and unfortunately made me Uninstall this game was the fact that they've reduced the amount of moves you can make per game, which in turn, you basically have to spend money to buy moves and power upside to beat a level you should of been easily of been able to beat before. Really sad, honestly was my favorite game.

This game can be a lot of fun. I'm at level 7481. The feature for choosing items in the garden have been reduced tremendously. That was one of the main rewarding reasons that I played this game. Some other game options are too expensive to reach the goals to complete. So unfortunately I am going to uninstall the game.

I read that people have different amounts of moves on the same level. I just checked for myself to see if that was true. I am on level 5829, and it starts with 13 moves. When I go to videos online of the level, people are starting off with 23 or more moves. How is this fair? I can see starting the level off with 3 more moves because of the booster, but that's it. This game is frustrating. You bet a hard level, only for the next to be very hard and then challenging. There are few normal levels.
