More ads with every update. Scrolling through even 5 pictures gives you 2 layers of ads that force you to go back to the home screen. The best part? The pop-up ads regularly bug out and force you to re-open the app. I was fine with all the other ads, people deserve to make a profit off their work, but the ads have now left Gallery Vault completely unusable.

The best program I've used for private pictures and videos. I love the duplicate picture removal tool and even purchased a lifetime of premium. Auto folder sorting has just been released and it's seriously a lifesaver. My recent request to sort when you move pictures has also bee implemented. This really gets a 5-star review. You can't get any better with this app. It's perfect.

Have used this app for a couple of years now and have loved it until now. I have videos and pictures hidden in there and I'm no longer able to even open up the app. I enter my passcode and it shows me a black screen. I've updated the app, restarted the phone and also force stopped the app. Nothing seems to be working and I'm scared that I have lose all my content. If there is any way I can receive some help, that would be highly appreciated.

Used to be my go-to for storing files that I needed to be kept safe. Ever since getting a new phone, however, files have been randomly disappearing and unable to be found when I try opening them up again. I think this happens every time I plug my phone into my computer, but I'm not sure. Either way, it's annoying. I have lost hundreds of files because one day the app decided that they couldn't be found, and trying to recover them does not work.

I would not recommend this. Many files were lost when I "unhid" (unencrypted) them. Update: Thanks for the quick tip from the app development team. It's rare to see fast customer support, and that's worth a good review. The app couldn't find the lost files, but I appreciate the help.

Glad the offending SDK was removed. Unfortunately if someone takes your phone, and your email is easily accessible, they just need to click recover and it sends an email with the recovery info, and they are inside. No way to turn off the email option. Anyone can access your private vault. Try it! Please set this as optional or it's too easy to get into.

I've used this one for 7 years and it was wonderful, bought the pro key and everything. Now I can't run the application without logging in with my email account or my google account. Pass. Feels like I got ripped off. Got some good use out of it, good thing my new samsung tablet has built in folder protection. Not sure how good it's going to work but these guys just lost me as a customer.

The files are so NOT encrypted on my phone. I was able to find them with my file explorer (X-plore). They are hidden and buried but not even encrypted. I can play them with MX player directly from X-plore. It makes me wonder if they are encrypted on my Google drive. And I had even bought the Pro Key for a year of this junk. I'm going to do whatever I can to try to get a full refund. You should too if you bought this. EDIT: I did write the devs, twice. They haven't responded.

Ever since I have gotten the pro version on my phone, I have encountered numerous ads straight to my phone. When opening an app get an add, after closing out apps get an add. I can be in the middle of trying to call someone and get an add popped up on my screen. This has become extremely annoying and definitely thinking about biting the bullet, by unlocking all my content and deleting this ADD FILLED "PRO" VERSION. Which of course is also the PAID side of the app. 😡🤬

Version 3.19.7 Premium on Galaxy A50 Running Android 10. My issue ? I put a photo in an album inside of the Gallery app.I then look at the photo inside it. If, using my thumb and index finger, I expand the photo to make it larger or pinch it and make it smaller, the photo does indeed expand or shrink as you would expect.BUT, as soon as I take my fingers from the screen, the photo returns to its original size (on the screen). rather than staying the larger or smaller size.
