I had linked my Instagram account with duo mobile but broke my phone badly which needed to be repaired. Then I got a new phone and tried to sign in but couldn't because I didn't know the backup codes or login code so I I waited to have my old one back and had same issue I tried to login to duo mobile to get the codes from both old and new phones but it would say can't find any account now I can't reopen my Instagram account.
