Great idea, but cancels my access details (which work on my computer, btw) every second month. If I didn't have to reapply for a new password and wait for at least a day to get access again and again, it would be a great app....

Installiert, keine Fehlermeldungen. Huebsch! Aber nutzlos im Ausland, da Ueberweisungen nur mit Sepa, nicht wie mit TAN Kontonr. und SWIFT als Alternative!!! Jede moderne Bank muss auch in Nicht-EU ueberweisen koennen, sonst laecherlich!! Davor muss TAN bleiben!! Mehrere Anfragen unbeantwortet! Vorlagen weiterhin unbedingt statt nur letzte Ueberweisungen! Beides ergaenzt waere 4 bis 5 Sterne!! Thanks. Dr. A.

Hangs while waiting for Authorization notification to show up when trying to pay with the Visa or even log in from the dkb web site. Effectively I cannot access my ACCOUNT. What a trash bank!

new pixel 7a. first login successful, 2nd login fails. tried 4 times, not usable. my Oneplus and Samsung tablet are working fine. Fehlermmeldung: Danke, dass du unsere DKB-App nutzen möchtest! Login doesn't work most of the time (it works once after clearing all app data), barely any features from the old app are present (e.g. account balance over time graph), performing transactions just doesn't work at all with no way to fix it. The only help they give you is a "thanks for trying to use our app, please contact us" (with no way to do so). Please just re-enable card control to the old app as long as this one doesn't work at all. It was the only reason I needed to install it at all.

New web login with two factor authentication still does not work. I can now access the account through the phone app again, for the first time after more than a month. Which, however, is pretty much useless as it hardly has any functions.

I'd like to change to a new phone. The procedure of activation the new phone led to block my account. The support of DKB was terrible. I coudn't send money, couldn't pay bills etc. Finally I cancelled my account!!!

Schicke neue App, endlich mit einfachem Login durch Fingerprint. Leider wird die Miles and More Kreditkarte nicht mehr angezeigt, und ich finde keine Möglichkeit diese hinzuzufügen. Muss daher die alte App weiterhin auf dem Handy haben.
