DIDI is always the best price compared to competitors by far. They are always quick to find & allocate drivers, who are usually picking you up in just a few minutes. Drivers are competent at choosing best routes & are generally well skilled & not slow. Most of the drivers are well spoken & easy to have a chat with. Good work Didi!!!

Can be a little difficult to find a driver at very late hours of the night but other then that I luv the app. The drivers are always friendly and cars are always clean and in good condition especially like being able to see how far away my ride is.

Absolute junk. I had the hardest time getting the app to save my credit card. Had to keep trying for weeks until it eventually accepted my card. And for my first ride in Mexico, I was quoted a discounted fare, but then the discount went away because Didi could not process my credit card. I have tried paying with MULTIPLE cards, Visa, Mastercard, debit. And now I can't use Didi because the transaction never went through. I have NEVER had an issue like this with ANY OTHER APP in the world.

You can't book a trip for later! Wanted to book a trip for tomorrow morning, was going through the process thinking it's strange it's asking for payment before even setting a pickup time. Pressed confirm thinking that would be the next step. Turns out you can't set a pickup time. It is only usable for right frickin' now at this instant. And you can't cancel the ride until the order has gone through by which point you get hit with a cancellation fee. Very unclear about no advance bookings...

It might be a little cheaper at times but not worth it. If you have plenty of time to kill, go with the app. The app doesn't show accurately where the driver is and at times after you wait for 10 minutes and contact the driver, the driver tells he never got the update. Would never recommend the app to anyone.

Terrible app every time I use it. The driver's location never gets updated and I end up wasting so much time. On top of that it's impossible to contact the driver and I always end up cancelling my ride... Will never use it again.

Pretty sure Didi is a scam... I booked a ride for 250 pesos to the MTY airport. But after the driver dropped me off I was charged 400 instead of 250 pesos on my credit card. That's almost double the price that I agreed to when I booked!! The ride was in the middle of the night, so obviously the final ride time was exactly as estimated, there was zero traffic and we didn't have to use another route. In-app Support doesn't answer to my complaint about this since weeks

Drivers kept cancelling fares. Obvious they are running multiple ride sharing apps and gaming the fares. Drivers accept fares to hold their place then complete other trips nearby. Didi really needs to do something to stop this from happening. Almost missed a flight due to 5 trips being accepted then cancelled 10 minutes later.

Total SCAM ! Dont recommend it ! Even I can't delete my account unless I have requested a ride not less than 14 days ! Now you have my details and cannot even have my account deleted ! Never felt safe riding them ! Had couple of rides the numbers of the car are not matching the ones in the app ! Zero security ! All drivers are relevantly not looking so safe ! Even the credited rides, if you cancel the total amount of the ride should be deducted from your card even though you didn't have it lol !

The app transaction doesn't appear in my card transaction history when adding a new card. Tried with 4 cards. spent lot of time trying to book, but couldnt. I had to travel urgently. Uninstalling
