Awful service! Constant technical problems, unhelpful support staff and site downtimes. My transfer got stuck in their system and instead of returning it, they asked me to wait an unspecified time for their "specialists", effectively freezing my money for as long as they want. Useless, glitchy app, subpar support and horrendous service. Never using it again and DON'T recommend to other users.

So far this app is very convenient, when you don't have better options, and it's much better than changing money in exchange offices, in my experience. The only issue is that in most of the koronapay offices in Turkey they don't give you your money in dollars only but split it in half, and other half is given in liras(that they change according to their currency rate, which isn't best possible)

They requesting additional information about me and recipient of money, despite I'm well within transfer limits they granted. Exchange rates are far from perfect as well. Disappointed, never again!

App is a fake. After entering my phone number, app shows the message "The action cannot be completed". Support team advised me to buy the new phone... (My phone: Redmi Note 11)

"action cannot be completed" on getting a code, android 7.1. checked on two phones. at least, make a code field available straight away, so I could use a code received with browser.

To pay 500rub need auth, which takes to much time:( Bought rubles using different way. Not recommend to use this one. Maybe later they will be able to do auth, with non Russian documents

I transferred money from EU to RUS, very successful and easy. Nice and easy navigation in app. Highly recommend.
