How to install CCleaner – Phone Cleaner
- Download APK file apps from apkshki.com.
- Locate the downloaded file. You can find it in the system tray or in the 'Download' folder using any file manager.
- If the file downloaded in .bin extension (WebView bug on Android 11), rename it to .apk using any file manager or try downloading the file with another browser like Chrome.
- Start the installation. Click on the downloaded file to start the installation
- Allow installation from unknown sources. If you are installing for the first time CCleaner – Phone Cleaner not from Google Play, go to your device's security settings and allow installation from unknown sources.

I've always been a fan and used this app/program since the 2000s. Well I was using it a few days ago for the first time in a few months to clear the clutter off my phone. It absolutely deleted all my photos, doc files, and downloads. Never changed any of the settings from what I normally use. I've read on a few places that this has happened lately. So definitely back up your stuff using this. Apparently I turned off my sync to my file backups in 2021. I was able to recover some, but not all
A solid phone optimizer that can be used for free (with ads) or upgraded for a fee. Cleans unused and temporary files, and it shuts down apps running in the background that slow down your phone. Each step allows you to verify what you want to delete while it suggests certain items and lists others for consideration. Apps that are shut down are not deleted they are just out to sleep until they are needed. Nice app!
This refuses to clean your system cache unless you pay them a monthly fee which renders it useless because there's too many other programs that are way better. Just to show you how poorly programmed this program is. yesterday, after installing this program, my phone kept constantly rebooting and I was stuck at the Android logo. I had to reset my phone and Samsung did not restore my data so I lost everything. Thank you CC cleaner!
This app has become awful. I loved it back in the day.. used it on Windows. It's just an ad/money farm. I can't believe they want ppl to subscribe for functions that are either mostly useless or free in better apps.. most phones already optimize background processes to save memory and/or battery life. Anyone reading this, do your homework.. find better FREE options.
I have used this since inception on the PC. I finally broke down and spent the $7.99 for an entire year. Now that my phone has 128GB storage, this app now has a new place keeping everything running smooth. The price is right (if you want extra "bonus" features) too. See how it goes with it running in the background.
