You get what you paid; Drivers will accept your request, but drop other people off first. Drivers will call you to let you know where they are & will wait, however, if you are unfamiliar of the area- like me- they will not explain where they are located other than street names, which are not always easy to spot. I had a driver hang up on me after poorly explaining his location Also, they don't pick you up where you pin, they'll stop on the other end of street & expect you to walk to them

05/2022 do not use this app, hate the adds every 5s on YouTube worst experience ever Worst experience ever, I do not recommend this app, not even to my worst enemy, is such a disaster, disappointment and the marketing department of this guy's is just unbelievable. Stop spamming with adds! Try it couple of times, is just subpar, don't waster your time, is not worth it not even the 50mb of storage

Impossible to sign up. The app asks for a mobile phone to send a SMS but it does not work. I tried with two numbers from two different countries and both Cabify does not send the SMS

What is this bullsh!t? It won't send a text to my french phone number. I'm in the app, registered, trying to add billing information, and it tells me to go to the app...which I'm in!!!! So i can't order a ride without a credit card, but i can't put in a f";$!#(ing credit card!
