Very nice experience. Thanks for making our travel convenient. Just a feeback for latest version of app.. currently we don't get option to choose timing with date of travel.. previously it was there. Now we have to go through all available rides.

Overall a good app. There are things to be improved like credit card payment not accepted in some countries (e.g. Romania) and almost no cancellation policy probably in the same countries, but the concept is great.

It's a great app and I like the overall idea of having a company when I have a drive alone. Just a few suggestion on the ease of use that the team could improve. 1) editing the ride details 2) cancellation of ride in case if there is a change of mind

UI can be increased by providing some check box or radio button options when choosing. Automatic location selection sometimes might not be a good choice as this shows mejor city or location instead of the local one.

Have had very good experiences, meeting some very nice people and making good friends along the way. One has to be a little sensible in choosing the right co-travelers. With a little bit of discretion, my majority experiences have been worth remembering.

It's so useful. Would definitely recommend. My only issue is when people don't respond and they have to cancel the booking but that's not Blablacar's fault and they waste no time in returning your money.

Worst app ever. After aproval of ride, car owners misguide you. They don't pick calls or misbehave. Mostly all the rides which are shown in the app are tourist cars and they stop at multiple locations without any prior information. Will not recommend to anyone ever.

The rate that is suggested by the app has been falling and you are unable to select the desired rate... ie the capping is reducing... while the petrol prices are going up... to give a good ride experience do not reduce the capping.. else people will switch to other apps like i have done

Please do this app chargable So taxi drivers and other timepass guys can't piblish rides on this app They publish 2-3 bookings from different different account and Then no one books then cancelled the rids on the spot. And other persons also cancel the ride 10-20 minutes before the ride time. This is very important to do this app some charges for Publish ride or looking for some ride Charge fine on cancel ride for both passenger and driver.
