Ребята, в наше время в программе нет возможности сохранить паспорт своих родных. Неужели вы думаете, что обязан покупать билеты только для себя, а для иных лиц вводить сведения каждый раз. Спасибо, что хоть свидетельство о рождении можно сохранить.

Отвратительная авиакомпания, купил билеты по тарифу оптимум и вынужден был отменить в связи с утратой родственника. Все сделал, написал в поддержку. Мне ответили, что билет был оформлен после и уже не считается, хотя перед этим оператор написал, что срока действия нет. В итоге билет у меня не активен, требуют доплату за то, чтобы просто снова быть зарегистрированным на рейс. Это просто ужасно, никому и не при каких обстоятельствах не рекомендую эту компанию. Поберегите нервы!
