The app stopped working a while back. App will not load. Re-download from app store, no change. All my other apps working fine. Waiting to hear from Touchtunes support.
It's smoov, just needs updated artists and songs tbh.
App required logging out and re-logging in several times before I could connect to a location. I checked and this was specifically a problem with the app, not my internet connection. Often navigates you to the purchase credits page when you try to play a song, even when you already have credits available for use. Doesn't display a music queue, only currently playing and previously played, so you can't tell when or even if your song is going to be played.
Charged me twice ($14) and didn't play anything. Edited to 3 stars because my money was refunded. Chat seems pretty pointless (not really chat) but customer service employees were very friendly.
Whats upppp? At not working. Even updated and install the new one. Help a guy out
Doesn't work anymore. Used it for years. Please fix. Just staying on the start up screen. Never loads
Edit: Reinstall no longer works. App doesn't load at all. I have over a hundred credits stranded on the app that will slowly expire. This is unacceptable. Every time I want to use the app I have to uninstall and reinstall and then it works for that day, and then breaks again. Won't load past the splash screen until I reinstall.
Awesome app
Touch tunes will not even work anymore, I have rest my phone, updated, cleared data. Checked for software updates. And nothing works.
Been regularly using the app for over a year. when I like a song or artist in the app it immediately unlikes the song/artist. there are sometimes long loading times in the app or delays after pushing a button. I was getting an issue where it wouldn't load past first screen, but it turns out my private DNS settings were somehow affecting the app. If you use Adguard DNS settings it may happen to you. After switching it back to auto it booted up normally again. Still needs tweaks but overall good.
