Bought the premium version, and when I try to go back to the original post, it (the app) fails. Please FIX. Thank you. Otherwise good app. Oh. And it has the habit of download the same picture twice. Seeing as this the reason one would upgrade, it is very disappointing. I revoke my previous comment of praises. 🙄😔

FURIOUS. I have used this app for years with no issues, except annoying ads.. Today I decided to pay to get rids of ads so I could download MY OWN INSTAGRAM PHOTOS. And now £2.49 spent and the whole thing stopped working. Yes there's no ads but also the app doestnt let me download either "save failed" over and over and over. Nothing I have done makes it work (turn phone off and on, uninstall and reinstall didn't work) so requested refund from Google play (received) and going to save on PC.

One year after, (6/6/2022) the app is DEAD. It used to be much better. Now with every update new issues arise. What's the point of writing a review when the developer doesn't care to respond? 23rd June, suddenly downloads fail to save. And its the pro version too. Is it dead? As always the developer refrains to reply.

I just started using this app again and I am on premium. I was able to download a few photos until it no longer does and the error, "Save photos failed" kept prompting me. It wasn't like this before. Wth happened? So disappointing.

I am on premium version. Even after the new Update, its still not working anymore I am getting "Save photo failed" error and its now showing up on the app to download. I tried uninstalling, restarting my phone, clear app data, force stop. Still the same guys

Went from 3 star (2019 free version) works but not well down to 1 star (paid version) Spent for the premium and you can save a few photos, then nothing but fails for the rest of the day. App hasn't updated in a long time. Go elsewhere

Have to edit review, Used to work good but lately it isnt working. It keeps throwing save failed error, tried changing save location, re-install multiple times but no luck

The app is great, and I don't regret getting the paid version. However, it'd be nice if the photos could have a smaller grid view - like 4-6 photos viewable in a page, etc., instead of the standard size where a photo pretty much takes up the entire screen in the app. Also, when I download videos, I always see this 1 second plain black screen in the beginning of the video. Would be great if this could be fixed! Other than that, great app. Looking forward to future updates and improvements.
