It's bad enough the frames and words block so much of the pet now I have to put up with this stupid 👍👎 on every single video? I've been doing my best to try to get my $29 worth but it's impossible. And you don't fix any issues anyway you send a generic message to email you which sends another generic message saying you're reviewing it and you'll get back to me but you never do. Lame
