Can't register due to server error...
The app doesn't work. I asked an employee who said to try on a computer. There's no option on the computer. It won't let me set up an account without a smile card. I tried it multiple times. I tried another method on my phone, and it just froze. No smiles here, just frustration. No interest in customer service help, not worth my time. I'd prefer staff stop talking about points I can't access, makes me look for other dessert options.
I got an email a couple days ago about birthday specials. I've tried to get into the app for 3 days now and I open the app and get the spinny thing and it goes nowhere. I've tried deleting the app and installing it again, I've tried restarting my device, I've tried on alternate devices. This is ridiculous.
Can't sign in. Loads forever and then says "timeout"
What? Not Available for androids? Ugh!
App is not working AT ALL.
I've watched at least 2 rounds of the 5 videos, and not a single eGiftCard has shown up under the Payment button. Disappointed. :(
I can't create an account. Every time I try, I get a message saying "some server problem has been encountered.
It won't let me register on the app
Excellent customer service and really good yogurt. The manager Sarah goes above and beyond to give great service. She's returned my calls and or texts when I request a special product.
