A lot of preparation to start and boring
Tried logging in with mycigna and it won't accept my log in info. Very frustrating.
My health insurance (Cigna) says it provides access to this app. I just spent 20 minutes pulling my hair out trying to get access. The integration is simply broken. API auth call to Cigna times out, text message to install the app is never sent, link to reset password redirects to home page, etc.
It's awesome for helping me cope with stress and helping me to find more positive mind pathways.
Its been a nightmare just to try and get signed up. It takes me to the Cigna website and then doesn't continue when I sign in to my account, only stays in my Cigna information page. Now it says too many attempts to register
Asked a ton of personal questions and then demanded my email address. Thanks for increasing my anxiety!
Easy to use.
Won't let me login even with the correct information. I'm able to login at my work computer but not the app. Worthless if it can't be used
it could be a good app, but it is just way too glitchy to even use. when doing an activity, say it's watching a video, it just keeps buffering (and it ain't my internet connection) it kind of kills the momentum when you are doing a guided stretch or something. when doing activities with the "assistant" that types to you, it takes way too long, I'll be waiting minutes for a response and I think at least it will be long and in depth but it's only a line or two fix the problems please!
I forgot my password. When I clicked on the reset password button sent to me in an email, it takes me to the website to install the app. It's already installed on my phone. I can't get into my account. I contacted support and they sent me a link to access Happify with my Cigna account login. Click on the link and it doesn't work. If your a Cigna user, don't waste your time trying to setup a Happify account.
