How to install Gravity Coffee

Reviews for Gravity Coffee
Installed this app and never got anything loaded. Just the main screen with the name and hash tags.
Apps been broken for about 2 months, it tells you to contact technical support but there's no way to contact them, I've been paying 10$ for the last 2 months for something I can't use, and because the apps not working I can't cancel it 🙃
It doesn't, tried a few weeks ago, tried again today.
App doesn't work
App still does not work. Would let me enter my phone number, get a code but would not accept code in the app. Reinstalled the App now only get the startup splash screen.
DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!! Loyalty program is only available on the app, and it rately works! I can never log in - it says its going to send a verification code to your phone, and doesn't :( They won't even let you log in online and use the loyalty program that is $10 a month... super disappointing!!!
It's not letting me log in and access my gift cards.
App sucks. Pay a monthly subscription only to not be able to use it. Also, I attempted to add money to my gift card. It said it couldn't do it and try again later. Ok cool. However, the money came out of my account.
The app makes you type your phone number in every time you open it and hasn't worked at all for a month and a half. I can't even unsubscribe because the only place to do that is on the app.
The final total pricing page is confusing.
Biggest issue is it logs you out every 5 days so you have to get a new code texted to you to log back in. When you are ordering on the go that takes to long to do every time. It's too cluttered and hard to find the drink you are looking for. The gravity coffee club can only be used from the app, you can't go through the drive through and use your club rewards, so I cancelled the club after first month.
The app won't even open past the load screen. I just get the logo and nothing else.
Great Service and Awesome drinks! Go and Treat yourself, you won't regret it.

Terrible experience from the beginning. They make you use your phone number and a text code to log instead of a password like a normal app. Then when you finally get there, it has stupid unfriendly features. Like when you add a gift card you have to enter the pin that is on the gift card anytime you want to use the gift card or see the remaining. Only can have one card at a time. Deleting and never using again!
