Framaroot is a small program with which you can get root rights for your Android device.

Sometimes, for one reason or another, you need to give your device on Android root rights. It is impossible to do this with the standard Android tools. So you have to resort to all sorts of tricks.

One option is to install the Framaroot app. It is this that gives you an excellent opportunity to give yourself superuser rights with just one touch. You don't even need to be a guru in the computer world. All that is required is to press the Install SurerSU on-screen button and select the appropriate firmware option. After rebooting, the user is root.

Detailed instructions on how to work with the program:

• Before installing, you must set permission in the settings to install applications not from the Google Play store;
• After launching Framaroot, the anti-virus program starts to protest, the application should be added to the list of exclusions;
• In the working window, select Install SuperSU;
• Choose one of the available firmware types - Gimli, Sam, Frodo, Legolas, Aragorn, Gandalf, Boromir, Barahir or Faramir. It is impossible to say in advance which option is suitable, since it is different for each smartphone model. Therefore, it remains to act with a simple enumeration of options. If one does not fit, you can try another;
• If a smiley face appears in the dialog box with a smile and a message about the successful completion of the procedure, you can restart the phone and continue to work with root-rights;
• Now Framaroot can be removed, unless you need to remove root-rights in the future. This is also done from the main menu.

What to do if a sad smiley appears in the window? You can try another version of the firmware from the list. If none of the options works, you just have to wait for another version of Framaroot.

If a message appears indicating that the systemSince the section is read-only, it is recommended to restart the smartphone and enable debugging via ADB. However, this requires the user to have special knowledge and skills. So, if you have doubts about your abilities, it is better not to tempt fate and turn to professionals for help.

The option to use the script is also not recommended for an inexperienced user, as the error may result in a complete blocking of the phone.

After selecting any of the available exploits, if any error was received with a number less than or equal to 9, then this phone model cannot receive root through Framaroot. You can use other similar programs.

To install it on your smartphone, you need to download the ARK archive with the application from here, and then place it in any folder on your phone. The folder is opened in any available file Explorer - and the archive starts.

All that remains is to wait a little while the system does all the necessary steps to unpack the archive and install the program. Then you can use it immediately.
