How to install FitRx

Very Important to Anyone having issues: Check your Bluetooth on your phone if you have issues connecting. I love the actual product but the app needs some work. Enjoy
Great workout
I used it 3 times and no longer will connect to the app on my phone . Then each of time you use it you have to reconnect it everytime
won't connect
No matter how many times I uninstall and restart will not pair anymore zero instructions online zero help save your money and buy a wireless one from Amazon that's what I did for 35 bucks i have had zero problems with this Amazon one
Just bought this and downloaded the app and it can't even connect to the app. Device still works kinda but its lacking instructions so no idea how to go between modes.
I'm not sure if it's the app or the tens unit, but the unit won't connect to the app. It stopped working about two weeks ago and I haven't heard back from tech support.
I haven't been able to connect the device with my app for 6 months.... FIX IT
At first it was great 👍 but now it won't connect to my phone and I've updated it and restarted my phone and app. This is frustrating as this is the only thing I have to help with my arm and shoulder. I am disappointed and feel like I got cheated. Great way to bait ppl. I've officially decided that not only is this app the problem but customer service is BULL

Won't connect anymore redownloaded three times already
Some some reason my FitRx wasn't connecting to my phone anymore. I Google it and search YouTube to come up with nothing. So I starting to mess around with my phones setting and got it to work by Turning on Bluetooth and manually adding Fitrx. It worked. And the Massager the was able to connect to the phone again. No help anywhere for this problem so hopefully I helped someone that is having this problem. Good luck
You mfs need to fix the app. Update it or something. Making people waste money here
