How to install Fishing Go!

It's not even a game. It's a picture of a fishing rod and water moving around. Don't waste your time.

When I open the app up it would not download it just show me a picture Elevate fishing pole and water

How can this be on the google play store you can't even play it all it shows is a fishing rod and the moving water you can't do anything the game must not be complete
