How to install F45 Training
- Download APK file apps from apkshki.com.
- Locate the downloaded file. You can find it in the system tray or in the 'Download' folder using any file manager.
- If the file downloaded in .bin extension (WebView bug on Android 11), rename it to .apk using any file manager or try downloading the file with another browser like Chrome.
- Start the installation. Click on the downloaded file to start the installation
- Allow installation from unknown sources. If you are installing for the first time F45 Training not from Google Play, go to your device's security settings and allow installation from unknown sources.
- Bypass Google Play protection. If Google Play protection blocks installation of the file, tap 'More Info' → 'Install anyway' → 'OK' to continue..
- Complete the installation: Follow the installer's instructions to complete the installation process.
How to update F45 Training
- Download the new version apps from apkshki.com.

UPDATE: getting better, F45 life has moved in (shows my reports and lionheart deatils) so I don't need that app. And there is an add to calendar feature, but no way to sign up for courses or monitor them in the app. Needs to be combined with other apps. Needs to integrate data from other sources. Needs to allow HRM to connect to it for in app workouts. Needs to share in app workouts with f45 account for credit (especially on snow days when the gym is closed) Overall, Needs alot of upgrades

Not user friendly - sorry for the honest feedback
Currently can't input assessment stat's, despite others being able to.
What if you features just go to a blank white screen that you can't get out of without restarting the app. You can record your benchmarks but nothing else seems to really be working.
I've installed and uninstalled the app many times. It keeps saying that it can pick up my account, but once I put in my password, it takes me to the screen for a new member. Any suggestions?
Unable to login with existing F45 account or create a new one. Unusable
Does not let me log in with the credentials that I use across the other F45 platforms. And yes I amd putting in the same email and password. I am able to log in to those other app just fine, just not this one.
Keeps crashing within seconds. Can't upload progress photos. Crashes when I watch training videos. If I swap to another app then come back to it, it just sits on the white blank screen. Keeps restarting and going to the home page when I open recipes.
Photo Upload Unresponsive. When I try to upload a "before" photo nothing happens. I've waited 5minutes before and after pressing next and still nothing. Is this a bug?
